I was wondering how can I send all my LIBNET emails to an already existing file from my INBOX mail. The problem is that they do not automatically appear in that folder when they are sent, so what I have to do is to select each one and send them to the LIBNET file. There must be a way to correct this problem and in fact, I have tried some of the help suggestions but nothing seems to work.

  1. You can set up a "rule" through Outlook. Once you are in Outlook, go to the top and click on "Tools." Then click on "Rules and Alerts." Click "New Rule." It sounds like you would want to select the first one which is "Move messages from someone to a folder" and then at the bottom click next. You would then choose the top one again which is "From people or distribution list." Then at the bottom under Step 2 click on the hyperlink of "people or distribution list" and then another box will open where you can paste in the libnet address that you want to move to the folder. After that you will need to do the same thing under "Specified folder." Click that and choose the folder your creted in outlook for those emails. That should work. You can also do this with any other incoming emails by following the same steps.
